  • The surface must be clean, dry, and free of loose materials that may compromise adhesion.

    • Ambient Temperature: 25°F (-4°C) and rising
    • Substrate Temperature: 25-104°F (-4-40°C)

Safety & Limitations

Torch Safety Guidelines

Since Flexobit is installed using propane torch welding techniques, proper safety measures must be followed:

  • Use UL-listed equipment, including LP gas cylinders, vapor withdrawal valves, pressure gauges, hoses, and regulators.
